1. Business Disclosures (ECTA Sec 43)

This website (stickertavern.co.za and stickertavern.africa) is operated by Afrilabel (PTY) Ltd (t/a StickerTavern).

2. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on this site (logos, designs, software) belongs to Afrilabel (PTY) Ltd. You may not copy, scrape, or misuse site content without written consent.

3. Custom Printing & Artwork Uploads

  • Copyright Guarantee: By uploading artwork or logos for custom printing, you warrant that you own the rights to those designs and agree to indemnify Afrilabel (PTY) Ltd against any copyright infringement claims.
  • Proofing & Colors: You are responsible for verifying spelling, resolution, and design layout before submitting an order. Minor color variations between digital screens (RGB) and physical prints (CMYK) do not constitute a print defect.

4. Orders, Pricing & Delivery

  • All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders resulting from obvious system or pricing errors.
  • Orders are delivered via courier across South Africa within 30 days (ECTA Sec 46) unless extended lead times are agreed upon. Delivery risk transfers to you upon courier drop-off.

5. Returns & Refunds (SA Law)

  • Standard Non-Custom Goods: Under Section 44 of ECTA, you may cancel purchases of off-the-shelf standard goods within 7 days of receipt. You cover return shipping costs.
  • Custom-Printed Goods Exclusion: Under Section 42(2) of ECTA, custom-printed items made to your specifications or uploaded artwork cannot be returned or refunded once printed, unless defective.
  • Defective Goods (CPA Sec 56): Items arriving damaged or with material manufacturing defects will be repaired, replaced, or refunded if reported within 6 months.

6. Liability & Governing Law

Our aggregate liability for any order is limited to the total price paid for that order. These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
