- Website Terms of Use & Sale, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Shipping Policy.
- Public marketing and social media media content.
5. Records Held in Accordance with Other Legislation
Where applicable, records are kept in terms of the following South African legislation:
- Companies Act 71 of 2008
- Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA)
- Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA)
- Income Tax Act 58 of 1962 & Tax Administration Act 28 of 2011
- Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA)
- Value Added Tax Act 89 of 1991
6. Categories of Subjects & Records Held
Afrilabel (PTY) Ltd holds the following categories of records:

7. Processing Personal Information (POPIA)
- Purpose of Processing: Personal data is processed to manufacture custom orders, fulfill deliveries, process payments, provide support, and comply with tax and statutory obligations.
- Data Subjects: Individual customers, corporate client representatives, suppliers, and website visitors.
- Recipient Categories: Trusted service providers (e.g., courier services, payment gateways, hosting infrastructure) legally bound to protect user data.
- Cross-Border Data Flows: Cloud services or third-party web tools (such as security verification tools or analytics) may process data outside South Africa in compliance with Section 72 of POPIA.

8. Procedure to Request Access to Records (PAIA Form 2)
To request access to a record held by Afrilabel (PTY) Ltd:
